We can terminate a pretty broad range of standard Amp style terminals with the equipment we have in house. For some odd terminals in high volumes there maybe special tooling needed. We can help acquire those on a rental or purchase basis so you don't have to manage that whole hassle. We can also guide terminal selection to favor higher availability and lower tooling cost terminals.

Most sizes of wire between #2 and #24AWG can have text added to them either with hot stamping or inkjet printing. These can be done with either white or black text and with various spacing configurations.

With wires between #6 and #26AWG we can mark these with up to three stripes in some cases. The stripes can be either longitudinal or spiral. The wire can also be ring or hash marked.

We can bundle wire kits together and attach them into assemblies with standard wire ties or twist ties. We can terminate units and assemble the terminals into the terminal housings. We can include shrink tubing cut to fit or already formed around certain components. We can also coil and bundle long wire sections for easier handling.
